npmjs.org : gulp-bless-improved-cachebusting
CSS post-processor which splits CSS files suitably for Internet Explorer < 10. Bless + Gulp = gulp-bless. In this version, cachebusting is using a sha1 hash so no unnecessary busting is happening.
