For better cross-platform compatibility look at MozJpegSharp.SkiaSharp. MozJpegSharp is a managed wrapper for MozJPEG. Includes native MozJPEG binaries for Windows, macOS and Linux. MozJPEG reduces file sizes of JPEG images while retaining quality and compatibility with the vast majority of the world's deployed decoders.
