anomalous_coco_errors checks if Coco's error rate has changed over a time period. This check is useful for quickly identifying if a change to Coco configuration has caused the rate of errors to increase or decrease. anomalous_coco_errors uses the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test to determine if data in a window is anomalous.
