Package highwayhash implements the pseudo-random-function (PRF) HighwayHash. HighwayHash is a fast hash function designed to defend hash-flooding attacks or to authenticate short-lived messages. HighwayHash is not a general purpose cryptographic hash function and does not provide (strong) collision resistance.
