Command cfcidrwatch polls the Cloudflare IPs API to determine if the list if Cloudflare CIDR blocks has changed since last poll. If it has, the command sends a Pushover notification to the configured group key. The command requires the following environment variables to function properly: PUSHOVER_APP_KEY: Pushover unique application key PUSHOVER_GROUP_KEY: Pushover group to notify STATE_FILE: Local file path where the last seen etag is stored for comparison
