This provides an Bundle for the Lucene smart analyzers for Chinese. If this Bundle is added the Apache Stanbol Commons Solr modules can use those analyzers. By default they are not included as the included dictionary is several MByte is size. This provides smartcn 3.6.1 compatible to solr 3.6.*
